Re-Valve & Service:

This is recommended for the rider who is looking for the complete "Factory" bike setup.  This service includes all the work entailed in a rebuild along with modifying the internal damping circuits to the individual riders weight, ability, riding style and type of terrain encountered.

The work performed on your suspension is not a "bolt on off the shelf" item.  Our approach to suspension tuning is taking the existing components and modifying it to work in the real world.  Because our settings are individualized your support does not end at the time of delivery.  We will work with you to make your revalve optimum for you with unlimited phone support and rework if needed.  That is our commitment to you!!!

Rebuild:

Preventative maintenance will keep your ride consistent and help to eliminate excessive wear of component items such as shock body and shock shaft.  Fastlap always returns any old wear parts and springs to the customer.

Fork Rebuild - includes disassembly, complete cleaning, polish fork tubes, inspect, measure service limits of parts, bleed with new fork suspension fluid and set oil level in forks.

Shock Rebuild - includes disassembly, complete cleaning, polish shock shaft, inspect, measure service limits of parts, bleed with new shock suspension fluid and set nitrogen pressure.

We recommend components have rebuild services done at 40 hour intervals.

Oil Change:

Fork Oil Change - Includes fluids flush, fill and bleed with new fork suspension fluid and set oil level in forks.

Shock Oil Change - Includes fluids flush, inspection, bleed with new shock suspension fluid and set nitrogen pressure.

We recommend components have oil changes at 20 hour intervals.
